Where are you? Where do I park?

We are located in Winter Park at the corner of Fairbanks Avenue and South Interlachen Avenue just across the street from Rollins College and the Women’s Club of Winter Park. The church offices are located at 338 E. Lyman Avenue, and that is also our mailing address. The All Saints Gift Shoppe is located at South Interlachen Avenue.

We have two parking lots, one is located on the far east end of Lyman Avenue near the Cotten Ed. (school) and Thomas Center, the other ones entrance is located on South Interachin between the Church and Winderweedle.  There is also street parking on Lyman Avenue.

The entrance to the church is on the corner of South Interlachen and East Lyman Avenue. 

What Should I Wear?

We welcome all kinds of people, and their styles. Many people wear their "Sunday best,” that is coat & tie, dresses, and the like. Many others prefer a "dressy casual" look. We're glad you're here, so please come as you are. 

What is Liturgy?

Our services follow an ancient order of prayers, hymns, Bible reading, a parabolic meal, and sometimes Holy Baptism called liturgy. This comes from an old Koine Greek word meaning "work of the people” or better “God’s work in God’s people.” If you are new to this ancient expression of Christian worship, it may feel awkward at first. But like dancing, you will get used to it. It's a very biblical way to pray. In fact, the Psalms assist our prayers every time we gather. We also say the Lord’s Prayer every time we gather. Liturgy helps all of us worship together as a community. And each week it reminds of who God is, who we are, and what God has done for us in Jesus Christ. 

Kneel? Sit? Stand?

In the liturgy, we worship with our whole bodies. Throughout any service, you will find us kneeling (usually to pray), sitting (usually to listen), and standing (to show reverence and honor). Some folks make the sign of the cross to have a physical reminder that Christ is for us. With all these things, if they help, feel free to do them. If they trouble your conscience or are physically difficult, feel free to pass. As we say in the Episcopal Church, "all may, some should, none must."

What About Children?

Jesus welcomed children, and so do we! 

Child care and formation are available for all children during our 9 and 11:15 am services. Your kids are welcome to join you in service if they would rather.

Newborns – 4-year-olds (Small Saints)

Our nursery is a special place where children are welcomed warmly, nurtured, and taught about the love of God. Parents who would like to gather at our Lord’s Table to receive Holy Communion with their children are invited to pick them up in the Nursery after the Peace.

Children dropped off in Room 101 will read a Bible Story/Activity Time and have lots of playtime. Parents are welcome to pick their children up after the Peace to receive Communion. 

Five years old - Second Grade (All Saints Kids)

Children dropped off in the Thomas Center (Gym) will read a Bible story, make a craft, and have time for free play. Kids ages 5 and up will join their parents after the Peace to receive Communion. 

A Safe Place

Finally, all our staff and volunteers who work with children undergo a background check and are certified by the Episcopal Church’s Safeguarding God's Children Program.
