Who We Are
We are a community of caregivers who provide support for loved ones who are unable to care for themselves due to mental or physical illness. Our group is dedicated to offering understanding and camaraderie for those facing the daily challenges of caregiving.
What We Do
The Caregivers Support Group gathers monthly to create a welcoming environment where caregivers can connect with others in similar situations. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM in Glennon House.
Our sessions serve as a safe space to discuss the difficulties and obstacles encountered in caregiving. Members share valuable information about medical and counseling services and explore resources tailored to individual needs. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our group; everything shared during meetings is kept private.
Family members of caregivers are welcome. By participating, they can learn how best to support both the caregiver and the loved one receiving care.
Please call the church office at 407-647-3413 to join.
