Notice of All Saints Annual Meeting, Sunday, January 25, 2026
The Annual Meeting of the Parish for 2026 will take place at 11:30 am on Sunday, January 25, following the 10 am services.
At the meeting, the parishioners present will consider the Annual Budget for 206 and elect the next class of All Saints Vestry from the slate of candidates put forth by the Vestry. It’s also a time we are together and can tell stories and review highlights of mission and ministry at All Saints.
According to the Constitution and Canons of the Diocese of Central Florida, only communicant members of a Parish who are l6 years of age and over, whose names are duly enrolled as such in the register of All Saints Church, Winter Park, and who for the previous year have been faithful in corporate worship, unless for good cause prevented, and have been steadfast in working, praying, and giving for the spread of the Kingdom of God, are to be entitled to vote on all matters coming before the Parish for a vote, including the election of Vestry members.
No one’s vote shall be questioned unless a qualified elector first challenges his or her right to vote. In the event of such a challenge, that person’s right to vote shall be reviewed by a committee of three persons appointed by the Rector, and the findings of such a committee shall be final and binding. Only members entitled to vote at the meeting of the Parish at which a vote is to be taken and who are present may vote, or a member who is unable to attend due to illness or physical condition and who received prior written approval from the Bishop or the Bishop’s designee to vote by absentee ballot.
